It’d been a long time coming. Since I’d heard they popped up in SOAS. To then moving to Central St Giles. Finally having a permanent setup across the river in Battersea.

Kimchi Croissant

Focusing on the croissant. Safe to say we’re both pleasantly surprised. A quick question uncovered they use Normandy butter. Always reassured when I hear that. Home of infamous Isigny Ste Mère.

Infinitely flaky. The kimchi and stilton balanced with the buttery dough. Hard for either of us to fault. Inching up to my favourite Patisserie Sainte Anne.

Seemingly perfect.
