A new one for me. Somewhat decadent. Works so well with the steak

Barbecued Baby Gems with Anchovy Dripping

Helped to cut through all the meat. Although would’ve preferred more anchovy flavour

Chilli Hollandaise

Somewhat umami-ish.

Hard to fault a steak place. Especially when the meat quality is this evident.
